When a dog senses his owners winding down in the afternoon as the sun begins to go down and they start to act a fool. Becoming extremely playful, aggressive, and engaging in acts of foolery.

Person A: wow, your dog is really hyper right now, are they always like this?

Person B: No, the sun is starting to go down, they have sun doggers syndrome.
