involuntary consent

When you suspect somebody may not be conscious and you lift their hand up bending at the elbow. If the hand stays in the air for 3 seconds they do not consent but if their hand immediately falls back down from where it was lifted from that is considered a yes.

I CANT BELIEVE THE ENTIRE SORORITY IS GOING TO TESTIFY THAT SHE GAVE INVOLUNTARY CONSENT.

Doesn't matter. You're taking an assumed risk. If you get into a car, you aren't consenting to get into an accident be you are (in fact) taking and assumed risk that could result in an accident.
