Refers to the state of ultimate boredom when you are engaged in time wasting activities on Facebook such as Farmville, Frontierville, and all the other "villes".

Brett: Dood that party last Friday was awesome! I thought I would see you there.
Steve: Na man, I didn't get invited. I was just chillin like a ville'n in my dorm room.

Seems that no one knows how this originated so let me break it down. It first appeared on the saturday morning cartoon Batman, where Batman approaches Freeze and Mr. Freeze says im chillin like a villan, hence why he was chillin (literal definition).

Batman: Freeze what are you doing?
Mr. Freeze: chillin like a villan

chillin' spree

A prolonged period of time, usually during a summer break from school, in which a typical hard worker enters a near hibernation state; no work is accomplished and personal enrichment is out of the question. It usually takes the bum several weeks to remove him or herself from the couch and be productive.

Josh: Dude, it's 2 weeks into summer, and I haven't seen Brad once!
Luke: Relax, bro, Brad's in the middle of his chillin' spree.
Josh: Damn, son, I best give him a while to come out of it.

The next level of chilling, or the intense version of chilling. Chilling so hard you might as well be on the bottom of the ocean. Not just sitting in a chair conversing with friends. Slouch down, shut your mind off, and sit there like a fucking rock. Best done in a big ass armchair. Eventually, someone will ask if you're spacing out or some shit, and you know what to tell them. "I'm chillin' like a motherfucker."

Katie: Ed, what are you doing?
Ed: *comes out of stupor* What?
Katie: Are you asleep?
Ed: Hell no. I'm chillin' like a motherfucker.
