The birthplace and feeding ground of most (if not all) chav scum. Usually can be indentified by the pricks in tracksuits hanging around outside talking about how they can fuck up their already shitty cars even more and the graffiti on the concrete pillars.

Council Estates are fucking shit holes which I would never set foot in on purpose.

Cornwall council

A large group of elderly, cornish and inbred men and women who lost cognitive ability back in 1872. Can't fucking make their mind up about basic human facilities. Legend has it that a select few who are chosen out of the cornish gene pool can gain a job at Cornwall council and then gain delusion a the cherry on top.

Most other councils- Improves lives of their citizens.
Kernow-w-w-w-w council- Builds £40m bike path.
