Chloe is literally the best person you will ever meet. She is so sweet and adorable, and you just wanna give her a hug. She will give you hugs and cuddles whenever you want, and she could make the shittiest days amazing. She loves everyone, and shes always there for you. If your sad shes sad, and she has the biggest heart on the planet. Chloes' can be a little shy at first, but once you get to know them, their a person you will never forget and will always have a special place in your heart.

Chloe is a very intelligent girl. Who's obsessed with Anime. She is known for convincing people than getting too lazy and back down after the other person gave in. She is AMAZING at drawing you could sometimes mistake her drawings a photo's. But you can never forget how beautiful Chloe is. Chloe is the perfect best friend especially because her hobbies are cooking and drawing. Chloe's fashion sense is impeccable.
