Driftbox

A offshoot from word Shitbox, used to describe vehicle in very poor condition, used for training various driving techniques, mostly used for vehicles that can't or shouldn't be used for normal road-use.

-Hey, How is your Driftbox?
-Fine, it blew head gasket so I'm gonna do burnouts until it breaks completely.

Driftmind

Similar to anemoia, except the nostalgia refers to the longing to be in a different reality to our own. Generally associated with the 'Synthwave' aesthetic, the subject's mind is in a somewhat futuristic reality that is based off of the nostalgia of the 80s.

Generally used as a nickname for a nostalgic Daydreamer, specifically towards the 80s time period.

Driftless region

A portion of the southwest corner of Wisconsin and surrounding states, where, during the time when glaciers covered North America, the glaciers didn't run over the land, leaving bluffs, valleys, and many rolling hills.

People often adopt the word "driftless" into their small business store names.

Person 1: damn it's beutiful here why are there so many hills?
Person 2: oh that's because it's the driftless region! Anyways do you want to go to the driftless café that are award winning!
