The act of vadering interrupts efficiency and performance. The person being vadered losses both a sense of time and short term memory through the event. In office lingo, three letter acronyms are used to reflect the current state of workplace efficiency such as: GVN (Getting Vadered Now), JGV (Just Got Vadered) or NGVN (Not Getting Vadered Now).
