micro-dictorial

Some one that is far more controlling and overbearing than a micro-manager. This person will not just tell you how to do something, they will stand over your shoulder and tell you step by step to do the task the way they would do it, not even allowing you to proceed if you know how to do it in a possibly better, different way. Could also be referred to as micro-dictatorial; but "micro-dictorial" flow more easily off the tongue.

My boss is one of the most "micro-dictorial" people I have ever know.

An esoteric doctrine explaining the bizarre reasons chicks hate each other and are no longer friends. It can be applied uniformly to all women who borrow any type of clothing, accessories, electronics, etc., and don't return said item, leading to a downward spiral in the strength of the friendship. Occasionally, the jeans incident doctrine may lead to the creation of mortal enemies.

Ex #1: "Yo man, you hear Anna isn't talking to Katie anymore?"
