Australian expression of surprise and near-disbelief at some information. From the Lambing Flat district of New South Wales
by Victoria Anderson December 31, 2006
A phrase that is never used literally, but rather is always a response to someone's laughing or poking fun at a problem the person has reason to be seriously concerned about. Sometimes this reproach is, itself, used in a half-amused, bantering way.
"The doctor said that I tested negative for cervical cancer, so I won't be at risk of infertility after all."
"Good to hear that it didn't render your reproductive organs totally out of cervix."
"Well, I'm glad you find this so amusing."

when someone is so amazed at something that they have someone slap their tits and call them sally, then they turn into a girl for the rest of their lives. the spell can be undone by saying: well slap my dick and call me your name here

Used when someone is shocked because something they didn't expect happened.
Can also be used when someone thinks they screwed up.

Yeah, we've got a test tomorrow. Didn't you know?
Well fuck me in the ass and call me daddy. I'm so screwed.

An exclamation of surprise. Such as being told you've got straight A's, or you're getting a record deal unnexpectingly. Also can be used for lust.
Him: thats not a woman, thats my kid brother!
You: Well grease me up and call me Souzie
girl 1: Look at the ass on him!
girl 2: Well grease me up and call me Souzie!
