shirt basketball

a game involving at least one female with a low cut shirt, such that the cleavage is showing. players then take turns throwing any random (small) object at hand into said female's shirt/cleavage. The female often tries to block these shots and thus the game becomes more challenging.

i don't really have a good example for this other than to just play shirt basketball.

A female politician that is not fit for office but has many people fooled into thinking she is.

An empty skirt is a female politician who is full of empty rhetoric but knows how to energize other low-intellectuals by winking or using populist terms such as "joe six pack" or "real America" in her speeches to gain supporters.

A female version of an empty suit.

Sarah Palin is an empty skirt because she tdoesnt make any sense when she talks and she uses {winks} and "you betcha!" to win blue-collar votes.
