Someone who is not quite attractive enough to be called "hot" and not quite ugly enough to be called "fugly." Usually takes more than a first impression for you to see their real beauty.

somebody acts out a given phrase until somebody comes up with the right answer and thinks it

"somebody making shooting motions, as though he were holding a gun"

in this case somebody might think soldier, gun, iraq, war
in which case they would think them all until they get it right

think someone is your dad

to be on ecstasy.
this term does not, however, maintain to all experiences on ecstasy, but only ones in which you think someone is your dad. usually occurs at school or in the mall.

(kid sees dean at school)
kid:"dad?"
dean"huh?"
(kid runs away)

so i heard you were going to the mall on ecstasy today. be careful, you might think someone is your dad.
