Popular Swedish phrase for some one who is silly or crazy, in a funny way.

Similar to Silly Sausage i guess.

Example 1:
"Did you get that bottle of vodka from behind the bar you crazy hat?"

Example 2:
"Did you ski the whole way down the mountain naked?"

"yep"

"yooooooooooou craaaaazy Hat!?"
