Polterwife

A wife that cannot cook, clean or care for children, but "Haunts" the family creating a fear and anxiety in the home.

A ghost wife resides in a home, unable or unwilling to leave, who makes demands, but cannot physically move objects herself.

Similar to a poltergeist, responsible for certain physical disturbances such as loud noises and objects thrown around.

"The girl screamed in terror as she saw the polterwife throw the chair across the room."

"Even though the polterwife had never hurt a soul, the loud wailing frightened the husband and children."

Poster Job

A thing that is considered shallow or lacks substance with only the intent to entice interest but offer nothing more. Similar to the feeling of seeing an interesting ad or movie poster but realizing the real thing is disappointing or devoid of value.

Lucas: "Oh hey, I heard the festival is this weekend. Should we go?"
Eva: "Don't even think about it man, it's a total poster job. Unless burning money is a hobby of yours."
