All bark and no bite. Acts tough but is a wuss. Posing in agreement while trying to please one audience, but with a nod and a wink to those with whom s/he is beholden.

We had a meeting with our boss and shared our concerns. He publically nodded, smiled, and agreed with us. Then he walked out the door and Flaked us. Did nothing about it. Did just the opposite.

Turkey Faced

adj. Slang
Painfully overfull from eating open-faced "Turkey Face" sandwiches the day after Thanksgiving Day, made with a slice of bread covered with leftovers including mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing and gravy.

He's not drunk, he's turkey faced!

If I have one more bite of the Thanksgiving leftovers, I will be turkey faced.

In an online game called Counter Strike, being faced is when someone throws a grenade directly at your face. This causes one damage and is generally very funny. Facing is a hard skill to master. Also, someone who is faced with a frag (HE grenade) will generally take the maximum damage possible with a nade because it will blow up very close to his or her head.

I was rushing mid on dust2 and totally faced some newb who was camping spawn.
