Cow puncher

"Cow puncher" most likely another word for "meat beater" which is a term used to represent masterbating.

In stranger things, Season 4 we hear Erica say this to Lucas. Since it was confirmed that there was a hard sock and a pic of Max under lucas' bed, the term makes sense.
