trope of regret

A trope on TV Tropes where a movie has good movie-making quality, but simply not worth the inappropriate contents (violence, coarse language). e.g. Spring Breakers (2012), Deadpool (2016)

I was excited to watch the latest sequel of Deadpool, but it turned out to be a total trope of regret—great visuals, but the nonstop violence and foul language made me wish I’d picked a different film. Also the same back when I watch Spring Breakers when it came out in 2012.
