Get-There-itis is usually defined as disregard for any safety concerns because you are on a time crunch or in a hurry to get to your destination. Usually a pilot suffering from this will skip steps in the checklist, breach protocols, or do things in a haphazard way that may endanger the lives of everyone on board just to save a few minutes on the ground.
