A person who can be very funny at times but quite desperate to know everything going on. He would travel in groups of people who have a random personality like him and join them to do stupid ideas. Luckchan’s are a unique type of human species that have something everyone else doesn’t have.

Random guy: “Did you see that funny but strange guy at the mall?”
Random guy 2: “Yeah, that’s just Luckchan. Always asking everyone who their crush is.”

LUCKED OUT

In the UK this has the exact opposite meaning to that in the USA.

In other words Lucked Out means you were unlucky ( a much more obvious meaning to my mind)

I guess it comes from the phrase 'Shit outta luck' which can of course be used ironcally and thus carry both meanings.

Shit! I lucked out on that promotion. I did't get it!

Like Seinfeld lucky shit is a show about nothing, except that because i don't happen to a Japanese school girl i can't relate with any of it.
