Squidiliurmus Optidermus

Squidiliurmus Optidermus -a phrase one uses to identify something when they or another finds/catches/receives any singular thing either living, dead or inanimate.

Most often used in fishing to describe when one catches something unknown or more often something that isn't an animal such as a stick, rock, shell, random bit of seaweed.

"oh look, I think I caught a squidiliurmus optidermus"

"I feel so sick today I think I caught a bad case of Squidiliurmus Optidermus"

Squidiot

Those teammates in Splatoon that forget rainmaker checkpoints and just rush towards the goal before realizing you can't score more without getting the checkpoint and then die with the rainmaker in the enemy base, having scored basically nothing. Also commonly seen missing the basket in Clam Blitz, or just feeding their brains out. Whatever weapon they main, they don't know how to use it.
