A J*** Off, A**hole or Dumb ass. This term first came into play in the 70's when a 3 year old screamed this at his cousin for taking his toy dump truck. It has since become a localized phenomenon.

A tractal device provides a tractile or tractive shearing force. A tractal device pulls, pushes and/or shapes things by supplying motive shearing forces (usually back and forth) to make them more appealing and/or useful.
