Get the coughlaugh mug.Pronouced like "coffee cups." Describes the crippling combination of coughing and hiccuping that sometimes occurs after taking a huge rip of weed. Every time you cough, you hiccup. This can be quite unpleasant and even painful and will sometimes last for over 30 minutes. It can cause profuse sweating, dysphoria, and gagging/vomiting. A few people have even reported partial loss of bowel control resulting in inadvertent farting and/or sharting. Most hiccup cures (holding breath, drinking water, etc.) are futile as this sort of ailment is beyond any normal hiccuping/coughing fit.
"Goddamn I got the fucking coughiccups. I knew I shouldn't have ripped the 4-footer. This is ruining my night."

Get the i coughed and it went everywhere mug.A style of music where the song being played can metaphorically walk into the listeners brain and sit on their figurative "brain-couch." Because the music is sitting on the couch and just resting in the listener's brain, it soon becomes a part of their psyche as they are listening, providing for a subconscious life-soundtrack of sorts.
The music is usually electronic, soothing, and includes subtle variations of numerous sonic elements over a consistent (and sometimes very complex) chord progression.
It is not uncommon for a listener of couch melodia to walk away from their music playing device with headphones in ear and drag their player off of their desk as a result of the misconception that there is no music playing.
