A term used by corrupt governments to regulate how much companies can bend over their customers and spread those cheeks.

British energy suppliers: “We want to f*** our customers and charge them even more money because we can.”

UK Government: “No problem we will just increase the price cap. How much do you want to charge them?”

British energy suppliers: “Thanks, a 300% increase should be enough. Can’t wait to announce record profits.”

In other countries, the Capping Machine is called a "Hatting Machine." It is not to be confused with either the Rinsing Machine or Filling Machine.

Ratchet Cap

Using the vernacular meaning of the word "ratchet"(i.e. a synonym for trashy, slutty, drunk possibly all at the same time) Ratchet Cap applies to a place that is so "ratchet" that it might be considered by passers by to be the most ratchet place currently in existence, or the Ratchet Capitol, which is too many sylables for someone who is actually in the ratchet state of mind. Therefore the term is abbreviated as Ratchet Cap.

CAP 2

The career path at Walmart that stocks the shelves of Non-frozen/refrigerated food, paper products like tissues and paper towels, and chemicals. But they also can be putting back returned items or unloading trucks, even maybe register duty if trained. But Cap 2 is primarily the food stockers. (Honestly it isn't such a nice position, I want to leave)
