Dollar Eye Syndrome (DES) refers to someone who has the dollar sign eyes turned on permanently. Symptoms include making rash, greedy decisions that can result in the loss of friends, family, global sanity, and in extreme cases, even lives. This syndrome is very common among very rich CEOs.
