The random Miami has to be executed truely without any context to be classified as a classic random Miami. A random Miami is said to occur very rarely and therefore is an event only the luckiest of man will experience more than once in his lifetime.
Some dude: "MIAMI!!!" - "Wow, was that just a classic random Miami? My grandfather told me about this!"
