Not to be confused with Mother Nature's caste system known as the Food Chain...This term is used for the hierarchy or strata that best describes the level of an idiot, a fool .
The bigger the idiot the higher up the Fool Chain.

Foolicooli

a person with a know it all personality. However when you call them out for it they get all offended and start verbally attacking you. This person can also be compared to Oscar from The Office.

Jimmy: "hey mike did you hear what jason said about the New York Giants"
Mike: "yeah he's completely wrong. But i wouldn't call him out he's totally a foolicooli when he gets called out"
