A person who has a alcohol or drug problem, who sleeps where they land, wears the same clothes every day, but has a house/apartment that they live in, and otherwise appears to be normal.

Your alcoholic uncle Bill who you always find asleep in the middle of the kitchen floor naked after a night of binge drinking, that the family lovingly refers to as "your" domesticated bum.
