You might say that you feel as if you are "taking crazy pills" when another person or people act in such an unreasonable manner or fail to notice something so painfully obvious that you begin to question your own sanity.

In simple terms, a fake person. It's someone trying to be something they are not.

Blue Pill men believe they are Red Pill men, or a Beta Male believes he's an Alpha Male.

You either are undecided and can't make up your mind, or you might be too naive and/or stupid to be associated with any pill color.
