when a stalker drives by a person's whereabouts and double takes that locationa as they pass by, also can be done on skateboard, on foot ,on the local bus, or even (though tweaky)on a bicycle

i saw that weirdo on that psycho drive by ,so i think he might need a neck brace from all that robotic action used during that drive by

rock drive-by

when a person assaults another person by means of several rocks/gravel in hand, while in a fleeing vehicle.

Rock drive-by - Girl gets pissed off by someone she's dating. While he's standing outside the local club, she picks up a handful of rocks/gravel and ask her friend to pull up beside him in the car. At that point and time, she unloads the handful of rocks on the victim and they drive off. Terrible, right? hahahaha!

1) One of many meaningless, substance-free terms created by Rush Limbaugh and parroted by his ditto heads meant to deride the press and scapegoat mistakes by conservatives.

While Rushbo himself never actually defines it (nor can any of his cult devotees), it is implied to describe shallow, sensationalist, sound-byte-heavy news coverage á la Fox News.

2) Scandalous, short attention-span, and often controversial "news" that mostly cover-up, and/or spin for political purposes.

3 ) The Rush Limbaugh Show

Ironically, while constantly blaming the U.S.'s short-comings on the "drive-by media," Rush Limbaugh is in fact the figurehead of that type of news coverage.
