A human being that is confused on its actual ethnic roots, it oftentimes claims African/hispanic descent whenever convenient given the conversation or topic. Creates very, very sub-par music with a mix of auto tune and lots of heavy editing to make it seem like they have talent. You can rest assure that the J.R is almost always handed things it doesn’t deserve and makes it’s own father ride a bike to work while taking advantage of driving a car .25 miles to school as a High School Senior.

White people refer to A Wild incident as someone drinking a soda can or eating tofue, meanwhile Black hood niggas are getting shot up and they do not give a shit. **SAMPLE CONVERSATION USING TERM**
April 14: Police Chase
Occurs when motorists are afraid to pass a police car while driving on a highway due to a fear of being caught for speeding. Similar to a parade maker, the result is a traffic jam.
WOW had it wrong all these years, I thought it was when someone in a motor vehicle didn’t want to get caught so they do not stop and the police chase them.
Me too, but maybe that’s called fleeing. LOL!
I have never heard them say “ He led them on a wild police flee” but you can be correct!
