Someone who poggles. To poggle is to mess or muck about with (usually) dirty things. Children do it best.

The mother saw her child playing in the garden with a hand full of snail shells and some mud. "What a mucky poggler you are!" she said.

Similar to "Curb Stomp", the act of placing someone's neck on the the curb, and stomping on them from behind with a pogo stick.
