1. A snitch. Someone who will get another person in trouble even though they are the ones who are to blame
2.A very creepy person, who also thinks they're hot shit. Socially awkward around women and randomly hits on girls on facebook they dont even know

Ex. 1 "I heard that kid is a mockler. He just blamed his little brother for drinking from the family liqour cabinet when it was actually him
Ex. 2 "That kid just walked up to me and my girlfriend and just told me that my girl has an awesome ass. What a fucking mockler....
