a "mutchos" ,mu spelled moo,is a useless person,more often than not COMPLETELY ,in a specific area.
what separates a mutchos from a normal person with bad to no skill at something,is that a mutchos not only thinks that he is better than everyone at it,he boldly openly claims that he is,and then proceeds to prove his claims ,usually making a MASSIVE fool of himself in the process.
Of course, the mutchos always has some cheeky excuse and attempts to change reality through sheer denial,which of course he fails at -even harder- and ends up creating a bigger mess.
But alas,a mutchos' worst feature is not his sheer arrogance ,nor his nonexistent skill. A proper mutchos NEVER LEARNS and keeps putting himself in these awful positions(usually in public with more than 6 people watching closely).
as a result,a mutchos builds reputation for being this arrogant ,incompetent , useless and bigoted idiot,which in turn marks him by the society forever as an outcast and denies him multiple things in life like: sex,money,friends ,good times,at extreme cases even a job.
