posting photos of partially (ie. underwear, swimwear) or fully naked person(s) online (via any social network) for a short period of time just to get a reaction from people.

Joe was cyber streaking yesterday on facebook! He posted a photo on facebook of himself in a library in a speedo. got 50 comments from his friends and so he took it off facebook after 20 minutes!
