Short for all bark and no bite. Comes from dogs that look aggresive and bark like they're going to cause you great harm, but they won't actually bite you. They just sound threatening. So if you say someone is all bark, you're telling people to disregard the warnings or threats of that person, because he or she won't actually follow through with them.
Old Man Johnson: "If you god damn kids cut through my yard again, I'm gonna come out there and rip off your head and shit down your neck!"
Kid 1: "Wow, we better get outta here."
Kid 2: "Don't worry about him, he's all bark. He ain't gonna do shit."

Feet hurt. This is an old expression, typically associated with the South and especially concentrated around the Appalachian Mountain chain. Older usage didn't connote smelly or dirty feet, just sore feet.
There is a brand of shoe called "Hush Puppy" and it's is named that as a reference to the expression, "My dogs are barking." In the case of the shoe, Hush Puppies are supposedly so comfortable they can quiet your puppies - that is, stop your feet from hurting.

To run one's mouth loudly about nothing. Very similar to talking shit or bullshitting. Could be used playfully or aggressively.
Don't worry about Johnny , he just likes barking up.
I thought those two were going to fight. Just a lot of barking up.
