They typically are narcissists with no shame, putting it all out there, and do not care to portray harmful stereotypes. They are the fantasy of every white lady who watched "Dances with Wolves", and think that could be them, except John Redcorn's are womanizers and not looking for anything serious.

It's a reference to John Redcorn a Puebloan, who was the lover of Nancy Gribble and father of their love child, Joseph, in the animated series "King of the Hill".
