When you are in the locker room after a game or in P.E. class and need to take a shower but don't have time or want to get out as quick as possible so that nobody checks out your dick, you take a gym rinse. A gym rinse is a quick soapless 1 minute rinse of your body that you resort to in any of the above situations.
Bronson: Hey Paco do you usually take a shower after P.E? Paco: yeah, but only a gym rinse, that kid Jeremy keeps checking me out so I usually try to be quick about it.
