Car parked legally outside a learning institution, Causing that learning institution to go into lockdown for the safety of students and staff. No need to call Police.

Cubeside Manner

An employees (Someone who works in a cubical) approach or attitude toward others in the work place.

E.g. A high end developers ego is often inflated and lacks normal communication skills with others. This persons "cubeside manner" would be seen as poor due to the lack of empathy towards and ability to articulate a thought without seeming they are high and mighty.
