Happens when a male and female are engaged in intimate activities and the female is reluctant to take it to the final step. Simba maneuver

When a man finishes, he shoots his load in to the girl's forhead. After doing this, he draws a line across the ladies forehead with his thumb, just like Rafiki (the monkey guy) did to Simba when he annoints him in the beginning of the movie Lion King. From here comes the name of the maneuver.

In shorter form u can also just call it Simba.
