Jacobi
A Jacobi is man, usually, but could be a woman. You will know them by the look on their face and t their sour puss face. Jacobi is a pseudonym for an acquaintance known for smugness and excessive replays of the 90's hit song, "Da' Dip", to impress their partner. A Jacobi suffers from Smug Neighbor Syndrome (SNS) .
My neighbor is such a Jacobi! He plays "The Dip" every time he's in the yard, sputters nonsense and adjusts his hand...which happens to be on one hip or another. He is such a Jacobi
