e-greement or egreement is the act of two or more people reaching agreement on a matter via an electronic process rather than meeting in person.

One example of e-greement is distributing information via email to multiple parties and asking the parties to email their concurrence on the matter or question at hand. The sender of the information is seeking e-greement or egreement from the participants rather than convening a physical meeting to vote or otherwise reach consensus.
