(n.) A fake-ass wannabe gangster who grew up in the suburbs and has probably never been in a fight. They usually know the gang signs, hand and wear intimidating street wear, but their mom still packs their lunch.
“Did you see those kids throwing gang signs over there inside their Mom’s minivan?”

Dirty cul

'Dirty cul' which is a combination of both the English and French language. The phrase 'cul' originates from the French language and translates as 'ass' or 'phony'. 'Dirty cul' is a derogatory insult for hypocrites or acts of hypocrisy. The term is generally applied to individuals with a position of authority whom present a false appearance of virtue and morality. When in reality, they abuse their position. It is commonly used as an insult to politicians, etc.

'Dirty cul' refers to the perpetrators of sexual misconduct which encompasses a wide range of inappropriate and unwanted sexual behaviour, or where there is some aspect of personal power or authority that makes sexual behaviour inappropriate.
Last week, a Senior Professor was reported to the university for sexual harassment.

Student: "That dirty cul should never be allowed to teach again."
