Bunny's is a term a real man, not a chad uses on a lady in an expression of how cute she is by comparing her to a real bunny. If this term were to be used by a chad the lady would instead feel disgusted and chad would then be disgraced by everyone around him.

So and so hits someone over the head and pronounces them dead. (this is an example of both bunnying and god modding)
