Blintoff

A work colleague that you do not want in your team. Someone who shows no initiative. Tries to pass off all work to others so they don't have to do it. Refuses to take accountability. No willingness to learn. Stares at you like a deer stuck in headlights. Makes the same mistakes for the rest of their life. Their direct manager protects them for some odd reason. Will generally respond to all emails with pointless bullshit. Day to day activities include, but aren't limited to argy bargy and stuff. Cheers.
