Green Biker Dude

The Green Biker Dude is the heroic green soldier from the intro of Mega Man X2. He is a role model to all generic soldiers, in many ways. He followed his dreams, he did his best, no matter what the circumstances, and he died fighting for what he believed in.

The Green Biker Dude died a hero during the raid on the Reploid factory. He attempted to pop a wheelie, and he exploded.

To this day, the memory of the Green Biker Dude lives on in the hearts of millions.

Green Biker Dude for President!

Old School Biker

A biker with grease under his nails, a need for the road to stretch out in front of him but without a care for destinations. This does not depend on the brand he straddles or even his age.

More often than not you can define them by what they are not. You will not find them hanging around a starbucks, ice cream stand or trendy new spot.

Their bikes will only be put on a trailer by a repo man.

They ride in the rain and snow.

They recognize that OCC, Arlen Ness, Roland Sands and Bourget are great American Artisans... but they don't build anything worth riding.
Look at that dirty Nomad, talk about old school.

It takes a real old school biker to put chains on his tires and make a beer run in a snow storm.

streak biker

A cyclist who, despite biking (and often even bike commuting) in every imaginable weather condition, refuses to have a pair of mudguards installed on his/her bike. As a result, all of his/her pants, shirts, jackets, backpacks, etc., are marked by a long, brown streak down the center.

By extension: A cyclist who, for fear of making himself or his bike seem less pro, refuses to add any accessories to it - accessories that many others consider useful, such as carrier racks, baskets, kickstands, lights, etc.

By extension: A cyclist striving to give of a pretend air of professionalism.
In the practical bicycle culture of Amsterdam, Berlin, and many other European cities, the typical North American streak biker would be met with looks of bewilderment and derision.
