It is the comapnion to the drydocker. To rid a commode of its flushing water, and to then deficate in the tank on the rear of the commode.

The janitor hates us after last night. They got both a drydocker and a uptanker.

One-upmanship

Is the art or practice of successively outdoing a competitor, rival or enemy/friend.

X: aww i like kati
y: ohhh yeaahh...you doo do yaa (he (y) doesn't like her but just wants to ruin the chances of them getting together, so behind (x's) back gets her (Kati) to go out with him, X is annoyed about them getting together but pretends its not bothering him, meanwhile X is using the same M.O 'method of operating' to get one back.

The one-upmanship escalates until either one stops, or they realise there both at it..(which would quite amsuing for them, or embarrasing.. depends how you take it ;)

clean up man

this is a guy who observes how bad another guy treats his wife/girlfriend, and then later starts being nice to the mentioned female, then eventually starts tagging that ass. He is usually the recipient of gifts given to him by the female, at the expense of the befor mentioned guy.

B. Coop saw how bad J.R. would treat his ol' lady. He then started being nice to her, next thing I know B. Coop was hitting that ass. She started bringing him food and stuff. B. Coop is one hell of a clean up man.
