The dirty, discusting, ugly sock that shoe shops give to you when you try on a shoe. Often have a foul oder and have multiple holes.
Buyer: "Can I please try on these shoes?"
Assistant: "Sure. Heres the store sock."
Buyer: "Can I please try on these shoes?"
Assistant: "Heres the store sock!"
*pulls out brown, knee high sock with a hole in the toe*
Buyer: "I'm goods."

referring to a liquor store of any kind. The "r" is often dropped during pronunciation and "store" is pronounced more like "stow."
