Any female high school administrator who is obviously trailer trash that is fucking someone for the job. A Sparky McCumdumpster can be identified by crazy trailer trash hair that makes it appear as if they were struck by lightning, and slutty apparel, hence, the name.

Man, check out Sparky McCumdumpster flirting with the principal, she wrote me up earlier for being late to class when she knows I was talking to her between classes, what a bitch.

Chill Sparky

Chill Sparky is a term which is used to let somebody know that they are becoming far too involved in a particular action or conversation. The phrase is not meant to be accompanied by any other words, and applies to both men and women equally. It is also not to be followed by a continuation of an argument on the behalf of the individual whom has used the term.

Sparky

(also "sparks") In the U.S. Navy Sparky was a nickname for enlisted men who's rating was Radioman. The name comes from the responsibilities of Radiomen to fix and work with Antennas, Radios, and other related equipment; It may also come from the Radioman (Now Information System Technician) Insignia or Rating Mark which is four Lightning Bolts or Sparks. After the Radioman rating was merged with Data Proccesing Technician to create Information Systems Technician the term Sparky was carried over to be used for sailors who were Information Systems Technician or IT's.

Note: Information System Technicians may also be referred to as "Spook" or "Ghost" since the Cryptologist merger, however Sparky and Sparks are much more common.

IT: Shipmate, that's G-14 classified!

Slang term for multi-colored spandex reaching slightly below the knee. Many would deem them similar to those worn in the 80's by primordial cyclists.
