A term used as insult towards someone else even if they are not gay or homosexual. Sometimes the term does imply that you are calling the other person a fag or queer when the other person says something kinda gay even if its not intentional.

Queeb tax

The Queeb tax is a mandatory 18 % tip on all French-Canadians who travel to Vermont and eat in a local restaurant. This is due to the fact that some French Canadians are poor tippers. The tax is also applied to people from France, Belgium and Switzerland.

I paid a 20 % tip to the waiter in Burlington, and then right after that, the waiter made me pay an 18 % Queeb tax.
