Derogatory term describing the lazy illegal Mexican population in the US. These "spicks" suck millions of US tax dollars out through free health care, unemployment benefits, and have the US citizens paying $100's more in taxes to support the unregistered, unwanted Mexicans in the US (over 12 million) Porch Monkeys are Mexicans who only sit on their porch all day while the rest of the civilized world is working. Many people tell them to get up off their Mexican asses and go to work, but they are too lazy.
Juan, the porch monkey, is an illegal immigrant and has never had or job, and he doesn't pay taxes of any kind.

Lawn jockeys that were used to tie up horses are porch monkeys. Since back in the old days, plantation owners had Black people stable the horses or tie them up. Hence, most of these lawn jockey's face were painted black.

A racial slur nobody knew about until they watched Clerks 2 and now they say it like they started it.
Person 1: "Hey porch monkey get off my lawn!"
Person 2: "Say what?"
Person 1: "Haven't you seen Clerks 2?"
Person 2: "Man, go back inside, low life."

A term exploited in a Kevin Smith movie. Currently being defined by morons who saw the movie and now think their the only ones who know it.
Example: A porch monkey is a word used to describe an African American or person of high pigment descent who sits on their porch and.. ah heck I don't know what it means but I saw this movie, it kicks ass.
