Results may vary, but it is reported to be best done exactly simultaneously on queue, or rhythmically timed in a sequence (1, 2, 3, 4) where the following puker starts upon or shortly after the previous puker; if the following puker starts shortly after the prior, then it is best to make sure that the timing is right.
